Alice The Mystical
Alice The Mystical is the first boss you face in Area 3. When Namiko asks Alice about The Emperor, she is upset about it but Alice was told that she isn't allowed to tell anyone about what happened. It's revealed later that she received a threatening letter from the presumed "Emperor" at the time.
